Refund Complete, but not Refunded after 5 business days.

Seller refunded same day I bought. Shows activity it was completed same day. Came straight out of my bank account day. It's day 7. It says 3 to five business days when it's drafted from your bank. Anyone else have this issue? Plus the girl was rude. Why couldn't she trace it when I called?

I meant to say it will to 3 to 5 business days to get to your bank account. It's day 7. How long is it really take? Anyone else with this issue?

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your refund. If you have used your bank account as a funding source for the transaction, then we'll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account . Once we issued refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete. Some refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued.
