We are sorry to hear about the issue with your refund. If you have used your bank account as a funding source for the transaction, then we'll automatically transfer the refund to your bank account . Once we issued refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete. Some refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued. Please refer the help centre article Where is my refund? for more details regarding the refund status, time frame to receive the refund.
However, if you are unable to reach a solution, kindly reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised.
