Refund complete but..?

Hello everyone,

I requested a refund from a site which from which I bought a product and they issued it.

The status of the refund appears on my PayPal account like this:

quoting from PayPal: 

"When you pay with your debit card, it usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company. If we can’t apply the refund to your debit card, we’ll add it to your balance with PayPal."

Does that mean I should have the money in my card right now (since it says refund to VISA x-**** is complete), or it should take 5 days after the whole PayPal process is complete for my money to reach the card?

Thank you for your effort and for your willingness to help but this not a duplicate thread. The refund request is marked as complete and yet the money hasn't reached my bank account. Does that mean I should reach out for help? or that's just the normal process and money reaches my account in whatever time after it's marked as complete? I hope I cleared my question.

From the first reply I gave you in your other thread >

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
