Refund issue

Basically, i sent a transfer to my wise account (bank) and there i had a problem with my transfer for 3 days and now i have cancelled my transfer from the bank, and it said money will be refunded, but i was guessing it should be a instant refund and the process has been completed, so should i be worried for my transaction or not?

I do understand that you want an update on your refund status. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
