Spotify, red pop up, payment method

I have problems with Spotify somehow always when I open the Spotify app there is a red pop up which says something like "sadly Spotify couldn't take the money from me because of my payment method" can somebody tell me what I can do about it? 🙂

Some merchants require a credit card as the funding source with paypal for security and risk management reasons.
