Ticketmaster timed out yet i am still being charged pay in 4. How to cancel the order.

My wife went to purchase tickets on ticketmaster and agreed to the terms of paypals pay in 4. When completing the transaction, ticketmaster timed out. Now we are being charged by PayPal for the pay in 4. What can we do to cancel the pay in 4?

For additional assistance, you can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
