My ICICI account was closed, but it was still listed in Xoom. I transferred a large sum from USA Xoom.com, and picked the closed ICICI account. It went ahead and made the transfer. Transfer said done. But it went to a closed ICICI account.
I believe Xoom works with PayPal and PNB in India and not directly ICICI. How can I trace it? How can I recover my money?
