What's PayPal conversation rate from Naira to dollar? And what's the fee on a conversion of N1000 (Naira) to dollar?

Why paypal charging a hight commission on every transaction. Even after charging high commission they do deduct more money from the dollar to INR conversion. If we are paying high commission then why do you guys deduct it from conversion. That's why my clients asking me to figure our other payment method. And they recommended me on Payoneer and Wise. This seems we as a consultant need to move on.
