Why can't I accept payments in Poland?

whenever someone tries to send me a payment via paypal, it keeps giving the message "this recipient can't accept payments right now". I've read that there are some countries where you cannot accept payments if your account is registered there, but I cannot find a list of all those countries.

If it helps, my account is registered in Poland, and, to my understanding, has everything in order (card linked, email confirmed, all that).

Thank You!

You can certainly receive funds in your country.

Have you confirmed your email address?

Are the funds being sent in a currency that you can accept?

Does your account have any limitations?

Thanks for the quick reply!

Yes, I am pretty sure my email was confirmed, as I have recieved emails from PayPal in the past.

To my knowledge, there are no limitations on my account.

The currency was probably the problem, as the payment I was trying to acept was from Canada. I have now added the appropriate currency in the account. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem in the future.

Thank You!
