How to add a foreign credit card to payment

Good afternoon

My PayPal account has 1 Thai credit card registered and verified in the account since many years.

I also have a credit from my Austrian Bank Account.

However, I am unable to add this Austrian credit card as I cannot fill in the address with correct province and country (it shows only Thai provinces and Country name) hence registration failed as the card cannot be verified with wrong billing address.

How to do?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can sometimes add a card (visa) from another country BUT the billing address of the card has to match your paypal account address.
