My bank account doesn't exist but i can pay.

Hi,

I would like to know a way that i send email to paypal.

I  want to call payal, but it is very difficult because i have problem with speaking english. 

It is very serious problem. so i have to send this information to paypal.

To give you a quick explanation,I registered my bank account with PayPal a long time ago.

And it's now gone and it's merged with another bank to become a new bank.

The bank said that my account does not exist more.

I gave them about unique information of me, but i could not find my account information.

But i can pay online through that account now even account does not exist.

So, I woud like to know payal customer email address to send this information directly or

call with paypal if they have korean speakers.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Now paypal is noticed that my bank account has problem.

And they are trying to pay with my credit card that i paid with bank account.

They would have lost there money if i had no experience to add credit card.
