Sending money out of country from a Panama Bank and a Panama PayPal account:
I closed my U.S. PayPal account earlier this year and opened a new PP account in Panama. I recently opened a new Banco Nacional bank account in Panama and am trying to link it to my Panama PayPal account but when I go to link it the page says "Register your U.S. Bank" and will take me no further. Bamco Nacional tells me the only way to move money out of the country is by wire transfer. Does anyone know if this would also be true if I were banking with a private Panama bank as well?
Thanks, Gary

You’ll have to shop or send payments with credit card.
To withdraw out from PayPal use Nequi.
