Litecoin transfer stuck in pending

Received litecoin over 24 hours ago.  Has over 700 confirmations on the blockchain. Paypal transaction status is stuck in pending and says "Sent to the blockchain". When I ask paypal for help they just tell me to "wait" and wont tell me how long I need to wait before they will have an answer besides "wait". Can I do anything about it? Is this normal?

I have waited 3 days and my Litecoin still hasn't cleared how long does it take I'm losing money I've already lost $3 on a $22 deposit of Litecoin
