Paypal wallet still in the negative after paying them

My balance was in the negative because my bank account lacked the sufficient funds — PayPal has been trying to take the money for days.

I refueled my bank account with the money I owe and it was collected as expected. The problem is that my PayPal wallet is still in the negative.

Funds would transfer as an echeque if you are resolving a negative balance, allow 5-7 days for the funds to process through to your paypal balance.
