Refund after bank account confirmation

I recently confirmed my bank account on Paypal and was charged a small amount to process it. According to policy, that charge deducted is refundable. How long should I wait to receive the refund after confirmation of bank account?

If you mean you added a card and not a bank account (as the latter does not charge you anything) then........
