I am new to paypal and trying to link a card to my account but not able to link RuPay debit card to my account. The card Network type is not in the list. Can any one suggest or help in this regard?
same problem. some say i need to put DISCOVER as the card type, but even so I am unable to link my card up, despite putting all expiry details and card number correctly. also can't change from checking/current a/c to savings a/c, which is my actual a/c type; keeping the card billing address same as the bank a/c address as well. i'm from india
