Withdraw my USD funds to my Revolut or Wise cards in USD?

Please help.  I am going out of my mind.

How can I withdraw my USD funds to my Revolut or Wise cards in USD please?

Paypal account and cards are in the UK.

Paypal say that I cant do it but I know other people who are doing this every month.

Please help.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Why cant I move my money to wherever I like, virtual or otherwise?

Why can some people do this, as I know that they do, and others cant?

As I said you can 'sometimes' add an account however if you do manage it you risk losing any funds in the transfer.

This is not acceptable.  Its my money and where I move it to is my decision.  I know that some people do it and have no problems at all.  Paypal are holding my money to ransom and that is NOT ACCEPTABLE.  I have registered my cards, no problem.  The problem occurs when I try to move the money to the cards and your system wont let me, no reason given.  When I rang your office this morning I was told that you will only transfer funds that in the currency of the country that the Paypal account is in!  Now you say its because its a virtual bank that I am wanting to move my money to.  Which is the truth?  This is a total disgrace.

Last place I would want to work. This is a 'user to user' advice forum, the only paypal replies come from the ''moderators''.
