"We couldn't confirm your information" when I try to verify the card after entering CVV.

Whenever I put the CVV code and verify the card this shows. At first, I wasn't able to make payments because it said something that the card issuer declined payment. and then I removed the card. I am now trying to add the card again but this error is showing please help. I use Visa Platinum.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues adding your card to your PayPal account. I know this must be frustrating. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like your card issuer is declining your attempts to add your card to your PayPal account. 

 

To add your card to your PayPal account, your card must be set up to be eligible for online payments. I would suggest you contact your card issuer and work out any issues with them directly. Once you have done this, please try adding your card again.

It seems that Paypal Itself is having a problem with VISA.

 

Paypal Support Team -

We have encountered some tech issue with Visa cards I am escalating your account details to the team as well. You may expect a progress in the next 7 business days.

 

So I'm patiently waiting for it.
