Can you block someone from paying?

I'm tired of messing with some ebay buyer and can't close the case yet on ebay but don't want to deal with him any more. So anyone know how to block him to make sure he doesn't pay so I can relist the item? tia

Welcome to the forum!

There isn't a way to block a specific payment using PayPal but you could change the email address on your PayPal account to make it harder.

There's also an option to block bidders on eBay.  Instructions located here.

This is a ridiculous action by Paypal to allow anyone with your email address to put money into your account. you cannot walk into a bank and put money into someones account. They really need to change this policy.
