Hi @Mike0390 and @Nhat967 If you don’t have a balance on your PayPal account or was not sufficient to cover the amount that needs to be refunded, the entire refund will be issued from the primary bank account linked to your PayPal account. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for bank payments to complete and become available in your buyer’s PayPal account.
