When I last phoned PayPal on a problem - over a year ago - I managed to talk to a person who sorted the problem out OK. Today - after the usual runaround trying to navigate through their terrible custeomer service system - I found a page that was supposed to let me contact Paypal by telephone. When I phoned the number - I get an automated system that is as bad as the online one. The only result I got was being told to contact the Resolution Center! As my problem is about an account descrepancy - it does not fit in their narrow range of options and I am back where I started. Currently - I am thinking that EBay is doing us all a favour by dropping PayPal. Hopefully the new company will give a lot better service to their customers. Even this forum has limited subjects when I must 'select a board'!
