Unable to Send Messages on AskPayPal Twitter

Hi Upwork Support Team,
I previously resolved issues by contacting AskPayPal on Twitter. However, when I logged in today, I noticed that the message option is no longer available. Is it no longer possible to send messages through AskPayPal on Twitter?

Think they are phasing that option out. Try options in link if you don't think we can help.

Unfortunately, none of the suggested methods are working for me. I changed my phone number in PayPal, and after logging out, I can no longer log in as the code is not being sent to my new number. Instead, I get the error message: "We’re having trouble making sure it’s you."
The only method that used to work for us was AskPayPal on Twitter, which has now been removed!
