@I can't see my PayPal debit card info

I've gotten the PayPal debit card but when I go to my wallet and click on the green eye icon, I can't get access to the card info and get telling something wrong with my account, it not being specific the reasons why and tell me to call customer service. But I call twice and non of them can't help with this situation. I have a card that I can't used nor can't see my card info.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your PayPal Debit Card information and receive a message that something's wrong with your account. Typically, receiving a message of this nature means you have an unresolved account issue. I suggest visiting your Customer Identification Portal and Resolution Center to see if you need to supply any information. If you, a great Help Center article that lists quite a few recommended documents is: What documents can I upload to confirm my business entity? (If you don't have a business, that's okay. This article has plenty of information for confirming an individual's identity.)  I also recommend checking out this article for more details about limitations. 

If you don't find any requests for information, I suggest running through a couple of troubleshooting steps before contacting Customer Support through one of these options. First, check your device's internet connection. If it's not strong, restart the device and your router if you're on Wi-Fi. If you're using mobile data, disconnect it, then reconnect it. Next, clear your cache and cookies on your preferred browser or the PayPal Mobile App's cache in your phone's app settings. It's also a good idea to ensure all applications/software are up to date, you're logging in from one consistent device, and your location services are turned on.

I'm having the same issue none of the troubleshooting tips worked customer service said it would resolve on its own within two days and it was some sort of security feature but it's been a month and has not resolved.

I understand you're also having difficulty viewing your PayPal Debit Card information, and I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned in my previous post in this thread? If not, I recommend starting there to see if that'll help you view the details you're looking for. After that, if you still can't view them, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options

I am having the same issue viewing my PayPal debit card as I am ordering a replacement for it because of my concerns of the previous one having three 0s for the CVV.

I'm also facing the same issue can you tell me how did you resolve it. It is showing me that they can't load my card details and telling me to refresh the page but nothing is happening.
