For some reason PayPal email customer support constantly unavailable, so I'm posting my issue here at the community center. I have order issue from 15.06.2022, where I've been charged (121,23 EUR or 132,19 USD) yet nor received a service from a Seller (OVH.COM) not got a refund from paypal and transaction is not reflected at paypal.com activity panel. The service provider claims PayPal must refund (121,23 EUR / 132,19 USD). I'm attaching a screenshot from my internet banking with an evidence I've been charged by PayPal. Also I'm attaching a screenshot of support ticket to Seller, where they declare PayPal must refund (121,23 EUR / 132,19 USD) but refund still not have been performed (it's already 39 days after credit card has been charged). I'm considering this is some considerable issue has been occurred on PayPal's end. If PayPal representative would see this post, please kindly consider case id PP-R-HKB-455105941. Thank youinternet_banking.jpgovh_ticket.JPG

You need to check with your credit card or bank balance. If you do not see a transaction in PayPal anymore, the authorization expired and so the funds should be released at your card account.

You aren't the only one who keeps getting a message that PayPal representatives are constantly offline. I need an issue resolved, as well, but no one is online to help anyone. It's very strange, in my honest opinion. I've never had this experience with PayPal before. It seems to me that it is time to use a different service from now on. I recently had an issue resolved, by PayPal, a couple of weeks ago, but now they have just stopped helping people. I don't know what the deal is nor can I find additional information to help with my issue.
