Hello @Removeitnow,
Welcome to our community help forum and thanks for posting!
I understand your concern about payments taken from your PayPal account. It sounds like you created a Billing Agreement/subscription with your seller during a checkout. You can cancel the subscription in order to stop the future payments Here's how to modify or cancel a Billing Agreement:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. Below 'Pre-approved payments', click Manage pre-approved payments.
4. Search for and select the 'Merchant Name' for the Billing Agreement in question.
You can also contact the merchant to request for the debited payments. Contact information of the seller is available n the transaction details page of your PayPal account.
I hope this information helps,
Bindu

In your post, you instruct us to:
"
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. Below 'Pre-approved payments', click Manage pre-approved payments.
4. Search for and select the 'Merchant Name' for the Billing Agreement in question.
"
But
1) there is no "Settings" link, just links for "Account Settings" and "Profile Settings".
2) Under neither of these is there a "Payments" link. Instead, there are links for "Payment preferences", "Website payments" and "Payment methods".
3) Under neither of these is there a link for "Pre-approved payments". Therefore, you are unable to locate a "Manage" link, and you are also unable to
4) "Search for and select the 'Merchant Name' for the Billing Agreement in question."
Otherwise, your information is great.

Hello @daddio,
Welcome back to the PayPal Community!
I apologize for any confusion caused by the instructions provided by, @PayPal_Bindu. The instructions provided previously were for a personal account, so they will be a little different if you have a business account. I recommend visiting this Help Center article: What is an automatic payment and how do I cancel or update one? If you're logged into your PayPal account when reviewing the article, the steps should automatically update for your account type. However, if they don't, you can select 'Business' at the top of the article to change over to those instructions.
When you want to cancel or update an automatic payment on a business account, you'll first select 'Account Settings.' After that, click on 'Money, Banks, and Cards.' On the next page, select 'Set Preapproved Payments.' From there, you'll be able to select a merchant and make any needed changes.
I hope this information helps you review your automatic payments!

Doesn't everyone here think it's strange that we've all been had for "THREE" payments? I believe that's very weird and I'm not really fond of coincidences. That seems more like a pattern. I think PayPal needs to investigate Media Hamster.
