I was charged $7.99 three times through PayPal by Media Hamster as well. I disputed the charges through PayPal and they closed it and said there was nothing they could do. I then went to Media Hamster and went to the chat. I had to continue to argue with them I never made the subscription. At first they told me they were not obligated to give me a refund after 14 days after the initial subscription and they couldn't give me a refund while there was an open dispute with paypal. When I kept arguing that I never subscribed and that the dispute had already been closed they told me they could refund me 50% of what they took. After I kept telling them that I never subscribed, the dispute was indeed closed, and that if they can go to 50% they can go to 100% they finally agreed to refund me the full amount. They said it would take up to 10 days to get the refund so now I am going to sit and wait to see if they do. I screenshot them agreeing to refund me my money. You just have to be consistent and not be rude. They will cave. Also mention that this has happened to thousands of others, that may have helped me too. But again, I'm waiting to see if they really refund it or not.
