Payments taken by Media Hamster - Hamster Hut

Anyone had issues with Media Hamster - Hamster Hut. Appears three payment were taken they can't confirm any services they provided me and PayPal is just washing its hand. Anyone else had money taken for nothing?

Same probleme here. Just noticed 3 payements of 8,99$ on my account. I have no idea what it is. Wrote an e-mail to Media Hamster... waiting for answers here.

Sorry to know about the unrecognized transactions in your account. This charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past. If the transaction has already completed you can request a refund by contacting the merchant. You can check and cancel your pre-approved billing agreements here.

If you still do not recognize the transaction, please make sure you update your password & security questions and report the transaction in the resolution center of your PayPal account. This wasn't resolved for me. The company refuse to refund, they won't clarify any services provided and have just said they consider this resolved. Much like PayPal. I have always felt safe with PayPal till this transaction. How they can be allowed to keep money without providing details of what website, what services etc is concerning.

Ypu need too get on contact with hamster media,ask thrm too stop your subscription,even though you didnt sign up for it.they investigated mine and found out someone was using my old email address.. hope this helps you

Same here three payments, no help from PayPal as they don't appear to have anything to do with those payments and also the company have no desire to refund or confirm what it was taken for. I've asked for their regulators details as I'm guessing US and I'm in the UK. I will formally complain there

I’ve had the same problem and canceled it. I contacted the merchant and they said it will no longer be charged on my account but no refund. I’ve contacted paypal and they said there was nothing wrong about the transaction so they couldn’t refund me either. .. Please help

Exact same thing happened to me. I just want my money back but nobody can seem to tell me where the money went to. I canceled it after 3 payments but like why the **bleep** am I being charged for something I never signed up for
