Normally means you have had a failed transfer from your funding source OR you have had a dispute that you have lost and paypal have refunded the buyer and you owe paypal.

No failed transfer and I only buy I don't sell so refund is not why it is happening. It has happened quite a few times and I just keep tranferring money and I am worried I am being scammed. I feel like closing my account
