Hi Guys. I use babka PAY From Xsolla. I have use many time without problem before. I got the problem with my transaction recently. I got this message "ECI Submitted 3DS: 07 - Authentication was not performed." What that means? I try go to Resolution Center but I got this message like this. "We're sorry, it looks like something went wrong on our end." My payment got declined recently. Please help me resolve this issues guy. Thanks :'(

Try the transaction again later.

The error message means the authentication of your card either failed or cannot be attempted because card and the issuing bank are either not secured by 3D Secure, experiencing technical errors or is configured improperly and that is why your payment was denied.

Electronic Commerce Indicator submitted 07 3D Secure (ECI submitted 07 3DS) is a possible value returned by Visa, AMEX, or JCB.
