Guest check out Payment failed

Some of my clients are trying to subscribe with the Guest check out. They enter all the credit card details, validate the transaction on the bank app and then they receive a message that the payment didn't work and to use a different payment method. Why is this problem happening and what are the solutions?

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know some of your clients are unable to subscribe through guest checkout. Please check if you have any client who subscribed through guest check out successfully. If yes, you can ask your clients who are getting failed to subscribe, to clear the cache and the history of the browser and try again. If the issue persists, please ask them to reach PayPal support for further assistance.
