Refund status "complete" but never arrive back to my debit card even after 2 and half months

I have 2 transactions for refund from Paypal, and both of them shows completed on 11/23/2023, but they never arrive back to my debit card of Chase. Called chase no record Paypal credit back my refund. Paypal assistance is useless. Resolution center cannot start this type of transaction for a case. After 2 and half month, nearly $200 refund is still missing and I have no idea where to find them. Used Paypal for more than 10 years, and so disappointed it could ever happen, and even so many people had this issue.

Contacted, the assistant didn’t do a damn. The person who called Monica keep tell me to check with my bank even though I told her 3 times I checked almost every day no credit was released to my bank. 🙂
