Hello. I need help. My PayPal account is linked to the Etsy store, but my customers cannot pay for the goods. It shows such error "The transaction has been rejected with international regulations". Moreover, if you transfer money directly from wallet to wallet, everything works.

Please tell me what can I follow to fix this error?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
