Transaction Problem

Buyer sent me a payment and PayPal is stating that I have to open an account. I have had an account since 2019 and receive payments fine. How can I fix this

Sounds as if the buyer may have sent the funds to an email address that was not linked to your paypal account.

Double check and make sure there were no typos or spelling errors.

Also ask them what it says on the transaction in their paypal account?

When he put the email address in there was an extra dot in it. I think we got it.
