Happened last year and again today. Open paypal from vendor with the invoice attached, and all it does is spin ...for hours....why this doesn't work?

Same issue it started about a year ago. trying to purchase on ebay in Firefox would not complete, But I was able to do it in chrome. then a few months ago it started working intermittently. sometimes it would go right through sometimes I would have to hit the button to complete the purchase a second time. now it seems to not work on random sites. yes I cleared the cache, yes I tried different computers, yes I tried safe mode, yes I tried all the thing people say to do that never work when there is a problem.

Paypal doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues. 9 out of 10 times I try to use PP it just doesn't work. Had enough of this nonsense, closing my account.
