how to fix "this transaction has been declined to comly with internatinal regulatins"

is there a way to fix this problem as i can not make any payments i an in Australia and trying to pay on an Australian Site

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Are you currently travelling in a country where PayPal does not offer services? If not, I'm sorry that error wouldn't be something you can normally fix from your end. Normally that error is something the merchant would need to reach out to PayPal to discuss.

No I am in Australia (I live in Australia) and trying to buy from an Australian site. This is now the second Australian site I have been rejected from. But my Daughter has a PayPal account and the sale went through fine. After doing some research it seems to be a PayPal glitch. Hopefully when I need to pay for something else it will work as I don't do a lot of online purchase form Web Sites.
