transactions problem

Good evening, I have a problem with my paypal account. My paypal account is connected directly to the bank and every transaction I make is taken directly from my bank account. However, my paypal account is in the red, in translation they ask me to pay what has already been paid. Thanks for your help in advance

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with a recent transaction. If the the balance shows in Red which means it is a negative balance. Whenever you make the payment, PayPal will instantly transfer the funds to the recipient and then would retrieve the funds from your funding source. It is possible that when PayPal tried to get funds from your funding source, the amount would have been declined by your bank. That might be the reason the balance became negative. Here's the Help Center Article to know some more information. Since, you have mentioned the the payment was already made, I would suggest you to contact Our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can review your account and help you accordingly.
