You should wait 180 days but still no guarantee they will give back YOUR MONEY, there are a lot of similar cases with this. They illegally holding my 600 USD too even though I received the payment through 100% fair and legal. Corrupting your client's money is the way PayPal make profit.

Hello @erwinaguilar,
Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. I can certainly understand how concerning this must be. Normally, account limitations are placed when PayPal needs to collect information to keep your account open or where PayPal encounters unusual / suspicious activity. If an account has been permanently limited, it's normally due to some kind of violation with our User Agreement. In those cases, there's normally not an option to appeal that decision. You can read more about Why PayPal may limit an account here.
However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams if you'd like to discuss the matter further.
Best wishes!

Mr. Jonk, or what ever your name is . You obviously work for Paypal, or are their stooge. They cannot mandate that a person provide a bank statement. That is 100% a violation of their right to privacy. I am pretty sure it is against the law to withhold money that does not belong to to Paypal pending the receival of that person's bank statement. Get your **bleep** together.

Well of course PaypalJonk is a paypal employee that is why he has Paypal in his name + has the word MODERATOR by it.
And yes Paypal can demand to view your bank statement, try reading Paypals user agreement that you agreed to when you opened your paypal account.
As you have a business account then read the link.
Of course you have the right to refuse to let them see it and equally they then have the right to limit your account and not offer you the services of their site.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

First, you must remember that it is a violation of your right to privacy for them to require a bank statement. That is completely none of their business. It is also against the law to mandate the bank statement in order to get your money back. I think it is a good idea if we all get together somehow and take this to our congressman, or congresswoman.
