Payment received, but still zero balance not hold

I recently sent an invoice to a client. This is the 2nd one within the day. I haven't had any issues with this so far and I've been using paypal for my business for 5 years. I don't see the money on my balance but it says that money was received. No other transactions are made and even on my other currencies, there are no balance available. Auto transfer is off. Please help!! I already asked for support but I can't wait 48 hours I need the money for some bills.

This happened to me today after years of receiving payments from a company I've been working with. I kept refreshing my browser, closing and relaunching the phone app and after two hours, i saw notifications that i needed to first, verify my email, then confirm my identity.  I don't recall if i had done this before so i completed the process, scanned my ID and took a photo and then voila, 10 min later the money showed up in my balance.

 

Check your msg and alerts to see if you have a similar notice, i dont have a business account so i dont know if that matters tho.

I am having the same issue. Two transactions both in USD. Different senders. States money is received, but the balance has not updated.

Same here. I tried calling into customer support and it gives a weird automated message about a Google portal and not being licensed. The money I received was for gas so I could get to work!

I am having the same issue, but friend and family. Two transactions both in USD. Different senders. Activity said the money is received, but the balance has nothing.

No, nothing like that, paypal support got back to me and assured me nothing is wrong on my account.
I'll keep this in mind tho. I appreciate you letting me know!
I received the initial transaction, but I had to send invoices to other clients, same thing happened (not reflecting on my balance)
UGHH so frustrating. if I only have other options that would be faster, then I wouldn't have to deal with PayPal issues.
